Mood:  special

What an exciting and special way to debut as "Everyday Grace".  We were honored and thrilled to be invited to sing at the opening ceremonies of Berlin's Relay for Life and we were in great company.

Al Terzi from Channel 3 and Amanda Raus from Channel 30 joined Bob Mayer and others welcoming the crowd and sharing some personal thoughts.  A truly nice bunch of folks!

It was very sweet of Bob to repeatedly refer to us as his "new group" which he declared he would be managing- the goofball!

We introduced ourselves to the crowd by singing our version of "The Star Spangled Banner"- rather unique and very well received.

We ended the program with the catchy "Hold Me, Rock Me" and then Avril Lavigne's "Keep Holding On".  All in all, it was a great way to start on this new journey. 

Nobody would have known that we had only practiced for about 2 hours total and that the entire group had only met once for an hour!  I can't wait to see what we have in store next!
